Our philosophy is based on some fundamental pillars:
Respect and care for the terroir, which is expressed in the adoption of organic farming, certified since 2019, and practices aimed at promoting the restoration and maintenance of biodiversity.
The great attention to the quality of the products that pushed us to create our own cellar, inaugurated in 2019, in order to be able to control all the processes from the harvesting of the grapes carried out by hand, to the sorting, the vinification, the refinement in barriques until bottling and aging in the bottle.
Social responsibility towards the people who work with us, through permanent or stabilized contracts, the valorisation of professionalism with continuous training and updates and consequent growth opportunities, and the achievement as far as possible of harmony and quality of life in the working group.
The scrupulous adoption of all protocols for work safety both in the fields and in the cellar.
