Vineyards and olive groves

The vineyards of Podere Conca extend over 5.7 hectares of land.

Part of the vines, 0.8 hectares of Cabernet Franc, are grown in the rock-rich soil next to the farm, in an area where some of the most renowned companies in the entire Appellation are based.

The second 4.9 hectare plant where Cabernet Sauvignon , Cabernet Franc , Ciliegiolo , Viognier and Petit Manseng are produced is located in Le Ferruggini, 2 kilometers away towards the sea, in soils with a sandier component, excellent for drainage.

The olive grove, full of centuries-old plants to which new rows were added in 1983, extends over 3.8 hectares of land with approximately 800 olive trees of the Leccino , Frantoio and Moraiolo varieties.

As with the vines, the dictates of organic farming with biodynamic principles are followed for the cultivation of olive trees and the olive harvest is carried out exclusively by hand.
