Head of the Anesthesia, Resuscitation and Intensive Care service of the IRCCS Galeazzi Hospital – Sant'Ambrogio of the San Donato Group in Milan and Founder and Vice President of the non-profit organization – Association of Heart Patients in the World .
The project of planting vines at Podere Conca was born from a dream of his and what has animated this vision, since the beginning, is the passion for the scientific approach that unites his profession as a doctor, viticulture and the art of oenology.
Livio Aloisi
“Country gentleman” as Silvia Cirri affectionately defines him, his great friend since childhood, with whom he shares the love for this land and for Africa.
After working in the construction sector, he chooses to dedicate himself to his lands in the Marche where he grows alfalfa and cereals following the dictates of organic farming, also extended to the crops of Podere Conca. He worked in Bolgheri with his brother-in-law Nicolò Incisa della Rocchetta and his father Mario, producers of the famous Sassicaia.

From left:
Simonetta Cerboneschi, a collaborator of Silvia Cirri since 2015, the year the company was founded, is a point of reference for all collaborators and the family.
Paola Cioni, responsible for the agricultural work at Podere Conca since 2010, is passionately dedicated to the olive grove and gardens. An experienced tractor driver, she personally manages the mechanical operations.
Francesca Frolli is responsible for communication, hospitality, and wine tastings at the company. She participates in industry fairs and events and also collaborates with Giulia Fidanzi in commercial management.
Linda Franceschi, a graduate in Viticulture and Oenology and Agricultural Sciences from the University of Pisa, is an agronomist and young oenologist at Podere Conca. She oversees the management of the vineyards and olive grove and handles cellar activities.
Giulia Fidanzi, a graduate in Marketing and Market Research from the University of Pisa, is in charge of business relations, order management, and administration.

Valentina Franchin
Export Manager and AIS sommelier and WSET Level 2 certified, she specializes in the international promotion and distribution of wines. She is responsible for commercial selection and market development, providing full operational support for export activities. Graduated in German, she is fluent in Italian, English, French, German, and Spanish, and regularly participates in industry trade fairs and events.

Ada Sguazzo
Graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Salerno, with a Master’s degree in Wine Marketing and Commerce from INSEEC School of Management in Bordeaux. A WSET-certified sommelier, she is responsible for the international promotion and distribution of wines, supporting market development and export activities. She regularly participates in industry trade fairs and events.
