Tasting of 3 wines at our cellar
We will guide you to discover Elleboro DOC Bolgheri Bianco , 196 IGT Costa Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon and Agapanto DOC Bolgheri Rosso to allow you to savour the authentic taste of our products.

No reservation is required; however, we always recommend calling in advance. If possible, we will also be happy to accommodate visitors in the afternoon.
Tasting and visit to the farm
We will visit the vineyard adjacent to the Podere, to discover our cultivation methods according to the dictates of organic farming. We will continue with the tasting of 3 wines (Elleboro DOC Bolgheri Bianco , 196 IGT Costa Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon , Agapanto DOC Bolgheri Rosso ) accompanied by samples of Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses and crostini with organic EVO oil of our production.

Winery Tour & Tasting Through the Production Areas
This experience includes a guided tour of both the winery and the estate, offering an insight into our vineyards and cultivation methods based on the principles of organic farming. Guests will also learn about our winemaking processes and the philosophy that inspires our production.
The tour concludes with a tasting of three wines:
The tasting is accompanied by a selection of Tuscan cured meats and cheeses, as well as crostini served with our own Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Visit to the farm and sensory tasting in the cellar
The visit begins in the vineyard adjacent to the farm, to discover our cultivation methods according to the dictates of organic farming. We will then move to the cellar (about 10 minutes by car from the farm) to illustrate the winemaking processes. The tasting will offer you an olfactory and sensorial experience: a practical exercise to refine the ability to recognize and memorize aromas of herbs and fruits and to associate them with the aromas of our wines.
Inside the cellar you will taste 4 wines (Elleboro DOC Bolgheri Bianco, 196 IGT Costa Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon, Agapanto DOC Bolgheri Rosso and a fourth wine directly from barrique) accompanied by tastings of Tuscan cured meats and cheeses and croutons with organic EVO oil of our production.

Please Note:
- Guests are required to use their own vehicle for travel between the vineyard and the winery, which are approximately 10 minutes apart.
- During the winter months, the tour begins at the winery and then continues at the estate, where the wine tasting and food pairings will take place.
- In September, during the grape harvest season, visits to the winery will not be available.
