Sea bream fillets with polenta

INGREDIENTS
FOR 4 PEOPLE
  • 8 slices of ready polenta
  • 1 kg of sea bream fillets
  • 5 medium sized courgettes
  • 2 oranges
  • dried tomatoes to taste

Preparation procedure:

Grill the polenta until crispy.

Cut the courgettes and tomatoes into small cubes, peel the oranges and separate the segments.

Place the fillets skin-side down in a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add the vegetables and continue cooking with the lid on for another 5 minutes.

Plate.
