Persimmon mousse with chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS
FOR 4 PEOPLE
  • 150 g of dry biscuits
  • 50 g of butter
  • 2 ripe persimmons
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 100g of Greek yogurt
  • 1 level tablespoon of brown sugar
  • Dark chocolate chips

Preparation procedure:

Peel the persimmons

In a bowl mix the mixture with the yogurt

Work the broken biscuits with the softened butter and place them on the bottom of 4 glass bowls.

Let it rest in the fridge for an hour

When serving, cover the biscuit base with the persimmon and yogurt cream and decorate with dark chocolate flakes.
